Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Payment:
× Once a deposit is paid, this will guarantee a build slot within an allocated time indicated on the invoice. Deposits are not refundable as custom parts may have been ordered or made specifically to the project. If at any point the customer decides to withdraw from this project, the bike or parts, whether completed or incomplete, may be put up for sale in order for the customer to receive maximum credit or refund minus any admin or listing fees.
× Dirty Cats Motorcycles Ltd. can not guarantee a completion date because of many variables and external factors outside of our control. However, we always try to give an estimated time of completion given the current condition/status of the project and supply of parts and/or resources.
× No external work is to be carried out on any purchased custom motorcycle without our consent or/guidance as this will invalidate the warranty.
× 12 Months Warranty covers on new or fabricated parts supplied by Dirty Cats Motorcycles Ltd.
× As part of any new custom motorcycle purchase, we offer a free service within the first 500 miles or 3 months (whichever comes first).
× We may retain the Goods until full payment is received.
× If you fail to pay the full amount or collect the Goods within seven (7) days of notification of completion, we may charge for storage from that point (£25 +VAT per day). If you fail to pay the full amount or collect the Goods within three (3) months of notification, we may sell the Goods after providing appropriate notice and deduct the amount owed, including statutory interest, storage charges, and sale costs, paying the balance to the entitled beneficiary.
